Late Payment Terms and Conditions
These Late Payment Terms and Conditions constitute an essential part of the agreement between Telestation AI Smarthome and the Customer. The following terms define the rights and obligations of both parties concerning late payments for products or services offered by the Company:
1. Due Date
1.1. Payment for products or services is due upon delivery of products or completion of the services.
2. Late Payment Charges
2.1. In the event of non-payment beyond the specified due date and grace period, a late payment fee of 1% of the outstanding balance will be applied for each month that the payment remains overdue.
3. Collection Costs
3.1. The Customer agrees to cover all costs and expenses incurred by the Company for the collection of the outstanding amount, including reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
4. Credit and Payment History
4.1. Late payments may be reported to credit bureaus, which may impact the Customer's credit rating.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. If the Customer disputes the amount or validity of an invoice, they must notify the Company in writing within 15 days of receiving the invoice. During the dispute resolution process, any undisputed portion of the invoice must be paid promptly.
6. Remedies
6.1. The remedies outlined in these Terms are not exhaustive, and the Company retains the right to pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable laws and regulations.
7. Amendments
7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Late Payment Terms and Conditions. Any amendments will be communicated to the Customer in writing.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore . The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore for any legal action related to these Terms.
By accepting the products or services provided by the Company, the Customer agrees to abide by these Late Payment Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in late fees, suspension of services, and other actions as described herein.
